Biggest eco retail chain in the country wanted to digitize their existing loyalty card program which was based on plastic cards. Their biggest challenge, other than replacing plastic cards, was to find a way to personalize their communication with their customers and to build their own digital channel while not being dependent on big social networks that are constantly changing how their algorithms work as well as how much they have to pay each time they want to reach their customers. We we’re able to deliver a solution that fits their all their needs and introduce new omnichannel possibilities.

As a top insurance group they wanted to reward their loyal customers as well as offer benefits for potential future clients who are not yet insured with them. Also, since this industry offers very little interactions with the end customer, churn is very big and it’s hard to find a good reason to connect and let alone in how to connect. We helped in creating a mobile app that gives their end customers concrete benefits for staying “in touch” with them as well as opened a whole new digital channel for the insurance group.

As a well-recognized sport club they wanted to find a way to reward their fans as well as give additional benefits to their sponsors. This was a difficult task to solve without a technology partner that can offer a new digital way of making this happened. The sport club was also very dependent on big social networks which we’re costing them a lot of money and while building their user base they realized they we’re actually building a user base for the big social networks.
